At sight it appears ruby red with violet reflections, the smell alternates classic hints of pink fruit, black cherry and raspberry with herbaceous and undergrowth nuances, highlights floral notes, the taste in the mouth is direct, supported by tasty mineral notes and tannin , present, but not overwhelming, good softness with a slightly almond finish, recommended pairing with cured meats and medium-structured cheeses, and also to be enjoyed with stewed and grilled meats
